Pay Rate: £16.81 per hour
Overtime: £20.33 per hour
Shift Pattern: 5 days from 7
Shift: 22:00 - 06:00

Omnia Resourcing is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their brand-new distribution centre in Rugby. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new warehouse operation from the very beginning, helping to shape a successful team and build strong working practices.

Key Responsibilities as Warehouse Team Leader:

• Lead and support the warehouse team during the night shift
• Allocate tasks and monitor team performance
• Ensure targets and deadlines are met
• Maintain high standards of health and safety
• Support the smooth running of warehouse operations
• Assist with training and onboarding of team members
• Report any issues or concerns to management
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised and safe

Requirements as Warehouse Team Leader:

• Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience within a warehouse environment
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Reliable and flexible approach to work
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures
