PAY RATES:
£12.35 PER HOUR - AFTERNOON SHIFT
£12.97 PER HOUR - SUNDAY RATE
£15.44 PER HOUR - OVERTIME AFTER 37,5 HOURS

Working for Staffing Match as a Picker Packer you will be supporting the permanent team for our Client based in Leicester
Your responsibilities as a Picker Packer:
- Picking
- Packing
- You will be required to perform a number of different roles so there is lots of variety
- The role will involve working in a chilled environment.
- The role will require long standing hours at the job station.
Shift patterns and working hours available as a Picker Packer:
- 4 PM working until the job is finish
- 4-5 days a week between Sunday-Saturday
Key attributes as a Picker Packer:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work in a team.
- Willingness to change tasks or departments as operations requires.
- Able to stand for 8 hours and more per day.
- Able to communicate effectively with managers and other people in the department.
- Great attention to detail
- Reliable with a desire to succeed
- Target driven / motivated
- Good English communication
- Initiative and the ability to solve problems
At least 1 year experience in using hand scanner.
