Pay Rate: £14.70/hr (Mon-Fri) | £15.70/hr (Sat-Sun) | Overtime £17.96/hr (Mon-Fri) | £18.96 (Sat-Sun)

Your responsibilities as a Returns Processor:
- Processing customer returns accurately and efficiently
- Checking returned products for condition and quality
- Inspecting items for damage or discrepancies
- Using scanners and warehouse systems to update return information
- Sorting returned items according to the correct process
- Repackaging products where required
- Labelling and preparing returned goods for the next stage
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Meeting productivity and accuracy targets
- Following all health and safety procedures
Returns Processor - About you:
- Previous warehouse or returns experience is beneficial but not required
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Able to follow processes and instructions accurately
