About the Role as Warehouse Supervisor:
- Full time, permanent role
- £32,000 - £40,000 (d.o.e)
- Mixed shifts to cover days and late evenings – including over weekends

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will oversee all activity in the warehouse.
Responsibilities as Warehouse Supervisor:
- To ensure that all jobs for the following day are fully and correctly loaded and ready to leave at the scheduled time.
- To ensure the best possible customer experience by maintaining the highest standards of quality in terms of product and service
- To ensure both efficiency and cost-effectiveness in achieving the above
- To help maintain a safe working environment
- To help maintain a happy working environment
Key Tasks as Warehouse Supervisor:
- Liaise with Transport Planner and Operations Manager and examine the transport plans for the following day to understand the specific needs or issues and to ensure the most efficient programme for the shift ahead
- Preparation of equipment for loading
- Loading and unloading
- Control of all paperwork for loading
- Fulfil or oversee the Goods-In function for returning equipment after normal hours
- Return of equipment to stock locations
- Oversee departure / return of drivers on evening deliveries or collections
- Maintenance of an orderly warehouse
- Preparation of any Customer Collect orders and jobs for second runs
- Completion of End of Day Checklist and Outstanding Equipment Sheet
