About the Role as Warehouse Manager:
- Full time, permanent role
- £35,000 - £45,000 (d.o.e)
- Mixed shifts to cover days and late evenings – including over weekends

The purpose of the job is to ensure the operational efficiency in warehouse and distribution activities to deliver the company objectives in terms of brand values, mission and financial targets.
Responsibilities as Warehouse Manager:
- Management of all warehouse and distribution employees.
- Stock control
- To maintain and develop operational systems to ensure optimal efficiency
- To ensure that all Health and Safety standards are maintained
Key Tasks as Warehouse Manager:
- To plan and maintain appropriate staffing levels in the warehouse, within operational budgets.
- To supervise all staff in their daily activities
- To train and develop staff
- To ensure the loading and unloading of all vehicles
- To ensure the correct and safe storage of all stock
- To maintain accurate stock levels on the stock system
- To maintain appropriate quality standards for all stock
- To monitor stock availability on the system and in the warehouse to ensure that all orders can be met
- To liaise daily with department supervisors and key team members to ensure accuracy, timeliness and efficiency in Goods In, Wash Up, Picking, and Dispatch
